Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the FreeLY desktop application and the service at freely-api.ansarflowtech.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What FreeLY is

FreeLY generates real-time, AI-produced answer suggestions during live conversations such as interviews, drawing on documents you provide. It is an assistance tool: the words you actually say are yours.

2. Your responsibility for where you use it

You are responsible for making sure your use of FreeLY complies with the rules that apply to you — including any policies of an employer, interviewer, examination body, or platform, and the laws of your jurisdiction. Some organisations prohibit assistance tools during interviews or assessments; checking and honouring that is on you, not us.

3. Accounts

4. Plans, minutes and billing

5. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. The Interview Pass and Pro give immediate access to a metered service, so we do not refund unused minutes, partial periods, or a change of mind. This is separate from a billing error: if you were charged but your minutes or Pro access never activated, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact [email protected] and we will correct it.

6. AI output

Answers are generated by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation, and you should treat them as suggestions to judge, not facts to recite. We make no promise about outcomes — including interview results or job offers.

7. Acceptable use

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the service. You can stop using FreeLY at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

FreeLY is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

11. Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
