Privacy Policy

FreeLY ("we", "us") is a desktop application and the service behind it at freely-api.ansarflowtech.com. This page explains what we collect, what we deliberately don't keep, and where your data goes. Questions: [email protected].

What we store

Account: your email address, a hashed password (never the password itself), or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
Country code: detected from your network when you sign up, used only to show prices in your currency.
Usage records: when sessions ran, how many minutes were consumed, and technical metadata about requests (timestamps, model used, duration charged). This is what makes your minute balance work.
Payment records: which plan you bought, when, and the payment provider's reference. Card and bank details go directly to the payment provider — we never see or store them.

What we process but do not keep

Interview audio and screenshots are sent to our servers only to generate your answer, passed to the AI model, and are not retained on our servers afterwards.
Your resume, job description and notes are stored on your own device, not on our servers. They travel inside an AI request only when you trigger one, so the answer can be grounded in them.

Who else touches data

AI model providers receive the content needed to produce an answer (the question, any screenshot or audio you send, and your context documents). We hold the provider relationship — you never need your own AI account.
Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (currently Razorpay); they process your payment details under their own privacy policy.
Infrastructure: our servers sit behind Cloudflare, and transactional emails (verification, password reset) are sent through an email delivery service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your interview content for advertising or to train models of our own.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, and session tokens are hashed at rest. The desktop app keeps its sign-in token encrypted by your operating system.

Retention and deletion

Account and usage records are kept while your account exists. Email us from your account address at [email protected] to request a copy of your data or to have your account and its data deleted.

FreeLY is for people aged 18 or older.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.
